"When the weather can't decide what it will be, take this versatile tunic/swimsuit coverup with you! This crochet pattern makes for a quick an easy weekend project to prep you for a week at the beach. You can wear this as a swimsuit coverup during the day as you stroll to the coffee shop or sit on a patio sipping your favorite nice, cold drink. In the evening, slip on some leggings and a long sleeve shirt with this tunic for a nice walk along the seawall."

This is a really easy pattern to make, and it works up quickly too. I am not a big fan of the way the sleeves are open all the way down. So I may tack the end of each one, leaving most of it open, but having it secure so I dont need to worry about it flopping down into anything I am working with.

I am absolutely in love with is ombre crocheted tunic. This is officially the next project I am going to work on, finishing up this first week of July. It won't be too late for me to enjoy wearing this. I cannot beleive how easy it seems to make! THE USE OF A MANNEQUIN is a very smart way to easily sew up the sides of the tunic, rather than laying it down on your table.
