Christmas Wreath Crochet Gift Topper

Make your holiday gifts even more unique with this Christmas Wreath Crochet Gift Topper! The intermediate crochet pattern will look amazing when placed on top of just about any wrapped present or attached to a pretty gift bag. It can also double as an ornament.
From the blogger: "I began holiday crafting early this year! This tiny Christmas wreath is my first completed project of the season. I’m using mine as a gift topper. I love how simple it looks on top of kraft paper with neon baker's twine! I made wool felted balls to attach to my wreath. You could always opt for pom poms, beads, ribbon, or anything else you happen to have on hand to decorate your own crocheted Christmas wreath!"

This wreath looks like a pastry decoration on a fresh baked holiday pie, don't you think? It is classic and traditional. Not only is it a great gift topper, it is of course a Christmas ornament! You might want to cut a ring of felt to hot glue on the back for a little extra something to hold the shape- or you can starch it with glue and water.
