Hi! I love this site. Came here looking for the elf doll pattern, didn't find it, but found sooooo many other wonderful patterns. Love it. Thanks for sharing freely.

So what have we decided on the snake debate? Make the poisonous one red next to yellow as a cautionary toy to warn children, or the non-poisonous one red next to black to show them which is a safe snake/toy?

What you call a Colorful Coral Snake is actually a poisonous snake. If you alternate the colors, red next to black instead of red next to yellow, you will have a harmless king snake. More child friendly as you would not want to promote children playing with poisonous snakes, right?

I would like to see some new crochet patterns of shrugs, cropped cardigans, and skirts. I was at a craft fair and saw a long crocheted shrug rounded at the bottom but she didn't have a pattern, she said it was in her head and I would of loved to have made it. It looked easy and was all done in double crochet and trimmed all around the edge in the eyelash yarn. Thanks
