"I could not find an earring holder I liked when i was looking on ebay or amazon. I came across pinterest and found what I wanted. I like ornate Victorian vintage look to match my beauty room. Found this frame at good will spent $2.00 and created this beautiful piece to display my earrings. I have so many earrings that I bought more ornate frames to accommodate and showcase my accessories. "

Materials List

  • Picture Frame
  • White plastic canvass cut down to size. can be found at any craft store. used for kneedlepoint
  • Krylon Shimmer Metallic spray paint
  • E6000 clear transparent flexible paintable adhesive glue
  • stick on bling from the dollar store
  • small paint brush
  • Blue Painters Tape

Instructions

  1. take apart frame from glass

  2. thoroughly clean wood frame

  3. using painters tape, cover areas of frame you do not want to paint

  4. cut plastic canvass to fit back of frame

  5. after paint dries, using E6000 glue attach plastic canvas to back of frame

  6. apply as many rows of stick on bling surrounding the sides of the frame

  7. spray paint the areas you want high lighted gold

NotesI have turned one of my spare bedrooms into my beauty room. I love ornate Victorian Vintage decor. I like to display all my accessorries so that I can easily put together my look before I leave the house for the day. I am a home health care visiting nurse and my patients just love the way I am put together!
