  • 2 Sizes of PVC Pipe
  • A wooden tray
  • Red ribbon
  • Chalk Paint
  • Scrapbook paper
  • Fluff: Forks, Knifes, spoons, napkins, straws, flowers

Instructions

  1. Cut PVC pipes 5 inches high with a Miter Saw

  2. Paint wooden tray with chalk paint

  3. Hot glue colorful scrapbook paper to the PVC

  4. Secure the PVC to the painted tray

  5. Glue ribbon around the tray

  6. Add the fluff!
