Coastal Felt Garland

"I have been sharing these garlands throughout the year and you guys have been LOVING them. I decided to create a fun summertime felt garland with my ocean life dies that I designed for Sizzix, felt and my favorite glue…Beacon Felt Glue. I used the dies to create the DIY summer garland in this post but am also sharing a pattern for those of you who don’t have the machine. I hope whatever party you are making this for rocks!"
