Materials List
- Pine cone
- wood bead, or acorn nut
- top to acorn nut to create the hat
- thin strip of felt for scarf
- pipe cleaner for arms and hands
- cardstock for song book
- black permanant marker for eyes and mouth
- pipe cleaner for hanger
- hot glue
Instructions

Start with a clean, fresh pine cone

hot glue the wood bead or acorn nut onto the top of the pine cone

hot glue the acorn "hat" to the bead or nut

wrap pipe cleaner from back to create arms and hands. Add a touch of hot glue to hold the arms at the back of the pine cone.

Hot glue pipe cleaner to back of head for hanging onto tree.

wrap felt around neck and hot glue to hold.
NotesThe fresh pine cones will have pine sap on them so be careful not to get it on your clothes. The sap adds to the joy in that it smells absolutely wonderful!
