- 3 Decks Paint Swatches
- Mannequin Form
- Moss
- Aluminum Foil
- Hot Glue Gun
- Hot Glue Sticks
Instructions

Tie the petticoat to the mannequin form.

Attach the paint swatches to the skirt with hot glue.

Cover the top with aluminum foil.

Cover the foil with the moss.
