Mixed Media Foil Heart Frame

From the Designer: "Display your mixed media masterpiece using a Deflecto Acrylic Frame. Using a frame gives the ability to create a multi dimensional effect with ease. I used felt to create the base of the heart, then two layers of DecoFoil Transfer Sheets from Therm O Web for lots of bling. I pulled an older heart punch out of the bin and added lots of layers behind the felt. The Xyron Sticker maker was perfect for adhering the punched hearts. The chipboard pieces have more foil on them and I added some paper flowers to finish the project off."
