Coconut Milk Scarf

Beginners and advanced knitter will love this Coconut Milk Scarf. With little peek-a-boo holes peaking out through the scarf, this easy knit scarf pattern is a fun and simple project to work on this weekend. If you're feeling extra artistic, you can add a splash of color to the end of the scarf to help it stand out. An easy pattern to make with any colored yarn, this knit scarf is sure to be one pattern that you find yourself coming back to again and again.

Primary TechniqueKnitting

Yarn Weight(4) Medium Weight/Worsted Weight and Aran (16-20 stitches to 4 inches)

Knitting Needle Size13 or 9 mm

Materials:

  • 2 skiens worsted weight yarn in white
  • 1 skien worsted weight yarn in color of your choice
  • Needle Size: 13 / 9.00 mm

 

Instructions:
Hold 2 strands throughout.

  1. Cast on 22 stitches

  2. Row 2:  P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2
     
  3. Row 3:  K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2
     
  4. Row 4:  P2, K2tog, YO, P2, K2tog, YO, P2, K2tog, YO, P2, k2tog, YO, P2, K2tog, YO, P2
     
  5. Row 5:  K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, k2, P2, K2, P2, K2
     
  6. Row 6:  P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2, K2, P2
