Decoupaged Napkin Necklace Upcycle

"I got a plain costume jewelry necklace in a container of broken jewelry at Goodwill and decided to decoupage pieces of pretty print napkin I got at Pier One Imports. I took the necklace apart to use three sections of the necklace. After I painted the sections with white paint, I used Diamond Glaze (Mod Podge would work great too) to decoupage the napkin pieces to the face of each section. The napkin is easily moved with your fingernail to give a crisp edge to the face."
