Materials List

  • 1 fat quarter
  • 1/8 inch elastic
  • Sewing essentials

Instructions

  1. Cut  3 inches off the fat quarter. Fold in half.  Cut. Sew together with a .5 seam allowance.  Turn right side out. Set aside.

  2. Zig zag around the remaining fabric. Turn on side up 1/2 inch and turn the other 1 inch, press into place.  

  3. Unfold the pressed sections and sew into a tube, using a .5 inch seam allowance. Turn pressed sections back.

  4. Sew top section closed.

  5. Sew casing on the bottom section. Add elastic. Sew closed.

  6. Sew loop onto top. You're finished!
