Lucky Pot of Gold Painted Pot

DIY Painted Pot Project Instructions

  1. Paint your terra cotta pot with a few coats of the black paint, and let dry.

  2. Apply a good layer of decoupage along the rim of the pot and coat with glitter.

Tip: it is easiest to work in sections when applying the glitter so the glue doesn't have time to dry and cause the glitter to flake off

  3. Apply your stencil to the middle of the pot and once again apply a layer of Decou-Page and coat with glitter, then carefully peel your stencil off and allow to dry.

  4. Once everything is dry fill your pot with "gold" and have a party!
