Choose your color scheme and font, then simply add your house number to the planter. Sometimes the simplest ideas produce the cutest results! This is an ideal planter to have out year round. Materials List

  • 2 different sized terra cotta pots
  • Outdoor sticker numbers
  • 2 Colors of Chalk Paint & Brushes
  • Plants and soil
  • Burlap Ribbon

Instructions

  1. Paint each pot with chalk paint.

  2. Apply sticker numbers to the front of the large pot.

  3. Use hot glue gun to add ribbon and bow.

  4. Fill soil halfway in the larger pot.

  5. Stack the smaller pot inside the larger pot.

  6. Plant the plants around the smaller pot in the larger pot.

  7. Fill top pot with soil and plant plants.
