Birthday Cupcake Number Toppers on a Custom Party Tray

From the Designer: "Birthday parties as so fun, and to make your own party toppers for the party is even better, especially when it is an homemade cupcake on a decorated party tray. Pick a color, of course my daughter wanted pin, so pink cupcakes with pink sprinkles, then a pink felt and pompom tray, but silver cupcake liners, and then cute little paper flags added to the top of the cupcake on a toothpick with the age of the birthday girl on each one. So cute!"
