Ruhpolding Cowl

From the Designer: "Long, loose and lacy this crochet cowl can be worn wrapped once around the neck or twice. Use three colors as I did here, or make it all on one color if you prefer. So called because I crocheted this while touring Germany and Austria with a fun group of knitters and crocheters, and I made this on our tour bus! Ruhpolding is where we stayed."
