Fringe

Cut 30” lengths of yarn. *Hold 3 strands together and fold in half. Insert hook in ch-4 space or dc-space at the end of any row. Insert hook into fold and draw loop through. Thread ends of strands through loop and pull gently to tighten; repeat from * to attach a fringe to the end of every row of side edges and across lower edge (inserting hook into ch-spaces across lower edge).
