Purple Beginner Shawl Crochet Pattern

Ch 59

  1. Row 1: Dc in 3rd ch from hook and in ea ch across. (57 dc)

  2. Row 2: Ch 3 (counts as 1 dc throughout) dc in next dc, * ch 1, sk 1 dc, dc in next dc, * rep from * across until last 3 stitches, ch 1, sk 1 dc, dc in next dc, dc in top of ch 3 stitch.

  3. Row 3: Ch 3, dc in next dc, * ch 1, sk ch 1 sp, dc in next dc, * rep between * across until last 3 stitches, ch 1, sk ch 1 sp, dc in last 2 dc. Rep Row 3 until wrap measures approximately 60” or wrap measures from wrist to wrist.

  4. Fringe: Cut yarn into 16” lengths, knot 2 strands every other space across short ends of wrap. Trim.

  5. Care Instructions: Hand wash in cool water. Lay flat to dry.
