"How to make a massage bar recipe with infused oils and essential oils. This is wonderful for tired or sore muscles. I used arnica, ginger, and turmeric to infuse the almond oil and coconut oil for their benefits. I also added a relief essential oil blend, copaiba, and cajeput essential oils. I have more information in the post on why I chose these ingredients and their benefits. I poured into a massage bar mold so it boosts circulation as you use it."
