- Old T-shirts
- Gemstones
- Fabric glue
- Scissors or a Kai Rotary Cutter
- Cutting mat
Instructions

Cut strips of old T-shirts about 12 inches long and a half inch wide.

Glue the gems in the center of the fabric band. Get creative with your color and placement! Don't worry: the fabric glue dries clear.

Using your rotary cutter or scissors, cut fringes into both sides of the band.

Tie it around your best friend's wrist and you're done!
