  • Scrapbook paper
  • Floral wire
  • Craft glue

Instructions

  1. Download and print out the Happy Bday Plant Stake template from my website.

  2. Cut seven 12" strips of floral wire. Gather together and twist to secure at base.

  3. Trace and cut out balloons and flag banners. Cut doubles of each, i.e. 14 balloons, 18 flags.

  4. Sandwich the balloons between the floral wire. Tape down the wire and glue the balloons together.

  5. Cut another strip of floral wire. Lay it horizontally. Sandwich the flag banner between the wire in the method described above.

  6. Cut out your Happy Bday letters and glue each letter onto the individual flags.

  7. Use a pencil to add a curly cue to any excess floral wire on the Happy Bday banner.

  8. To secure the banner wire to the balloon wires, twist the balloon wires around the banner wires so it is evenly spaced out.
