Crochet in a Bag

I always carry my crocheting with me so I use 2 items. 1st the sheet protectors for my patterns and 2nd then place all my items inside the zippered bedding or curtain cases. These come in different sizes and shapes so I can pick & choose which I need for my traveling, whether in line at the grocery store or traveling out of state to visit one of my 12 grandchildren. These bags are also great for storing finished crocheted items until they are ready to be shipped, toss a dryer sheet inside the bag to keep them fresh smelling.

Great Ideas!

i really like the idea of the dryer sheet. you could also use the wrap or the cover or the box of a bathing soap. Usually it comes with nice fregrance and it wont cost you any thing!

I use an empty mini M&M tube to carry my hooks in so they don't get damaged or lost. They are just the right size for a couple of crochet hooks.

Very clever, typpit! :) Thanks for the tip! --Editors of FaveCrafts

I am just beginning to crochet and I have a nice size bag to carry my items in.

I carry my project crochet supplies with me in a plastic 8x11 1/2 by 4 deep and I do use the dryer sheet with all my scissors and needles but I like the idea of the plastic bag as it zips and is more plyable so you can push it into places easily. I found this fits nicely under my car seat. Great idea. Thanks for sharing

That is a very good idea. I'm going to try it.

Thanks for the dryer sheet inside the bag tip! Great ideas
