  1. Colleen Garner says

I am new at crocheting. My mother tried to teach me when I was younger. The only thing I could do was to crochet just the chain, turning was what I had trouble with. Now that I am older and can understand instructions more I would love to give it a go again and would love to make baby blankets for children with heart problems and want to make scarves, so what better way to get started with winning this prize…

  2. Rayle Hobby says

I enjoy making cowls. I have been crocheting for years now. Starting to branch out into earrings. I truly enjoy making afghans, it gives me great joy to make them and give to whom my heart tells me. Even though my daughterinlaw gets on me.

I love making scarves especially the potato chip scarves, mixing all types of textures together to create one of a kind originals! My friends refer to them as “NO NO originals”!

I also like making lapghans, and my family and friends consider them “wearables”! LOL

  12. Sunny says

After many many years I decided to start crocheting again. I stopped because all I knew how to crochet were afghans and just got bored with it after awhile…I think everyone in the fam had one of my afghan blankets. Now with the tutorials online I’ve been making baby hats, booties and all type of different baby blankets. I had decided to make a baby chest for when my grandkids had their own babies. Turns out..seems like a lot of my friends are pregnant. So I’ve been busy crocheting and enjoying it all over again. So hopefully I’ll get to win some new yarn…I like the redheart kind..<3…thanks for this chance at winning
    …good luck to everyone 🙂
