When the grandkids come over, we always end up making either a wallet or a purse or bunny ears or bracelets/earrings, a mat to stamp on, a shopping bag for mom, a father’s day picture frame in the works, the list goes on and on. They can also get very creative with their multi medium art work. Never a dull moment at grandma’s!!

I have also used it to childproof lower cabinets in a pinch. There is little that Duct tape can’t hold, put, group or gather together. With all colors other than silver, now we all get to add style. Duck tape puts the fun in functional.

WInning this might just be the push I need to do it.

  32. Cindy M says

Actually, I use Duck Tape for everything. My grandsons and I made wallets from Duck Tape last year for a school project. I use in for quilting, crafts, automotive when needed. LOL. I just always have to have some around. I carry it in my First aid kit in the car too. It repairs hems, keeps my hand brace on, keeps ticks out of jeans when wood walking, holds stuff together while gluing, makes great waterproof garden plant identifiers, cord holders…. I could go on. Nah!! You get the idea.

I use duct tape whenever I need to secure something stronger and have it looks good too 🙂

  34. Vicky A. says

I use duct tape to mark off borders in decorative painting, to decorate boxes, tins and other jars, etc for keeping my brush and pencil containers looking nice. If I want to hold something that I’ve glued together until it dries, duct tape is the way to go. However, proceed VERY CAREFULLY with painted item so the paint doesn’t come off with the tape!

  35. Karen Spade says

Duck Tape is so much fun with all the new patterns and colors. One of my favorite things is making quick, inexpensive, colorful frames with duck tape and cardboard. There are so many things but I like going into the Duck Tape crafting books to find new ideas to help my sister and niece come up with projects for craft time at the 4-H Horse Camp each year. Thank You.
