I found it on the internet one day. Cutting loops from plastic grocery bags and linking them together to make a LONG string of plastic loops.

Then you crochet or knit the strand of loops like yarn into something else. I usually make re-useable bags from my bags. They are stronger than the original plastic bags and they are very easy to keep clean. The different colors and prints on the bags make for some interesting bag patterns.

I love recycling old bottles and sticking vinyl chalkboard labels to it to use as table numbers for my wedding!

I love using plastic water bottles to make hummingbird feeders, slow drip watering and snail bait traps. I paint them or cover with tissue paper I save from gifts to make a stained glass effect. Friends and family can’t get enough.I taylor make them to their themes.

Love to reuse paperbags, gift bags for our greeting cards to make shapes and backgrounds. Crinkle the paper lunch bags and rubberstamp on a teddybear and it is sooooo cute!

I really love to make newspaper baskets from pages of the newspaper or magazines. I think magazines are an item that we throw in the trash and this is great way to recycle old paper. My son and I also use the paper to make paper vases, bowls, and more. They make great gifts and great decoration for any home. It gives you an industrial feel. 🙂
