In the Designer's Words: "This project was hiding under the bed. I had the frames just laying there so I took them and repainted them. Added poster board for the black and white backgrounds. Cut the Peacock and the side feathers from vinyl with the Circut. Added paper flowers and a broken flea market necklace for the rhinestones on her tail."

Materials List

  • 27 x 30 frame 2 6 x 10 frames
  • Black and White paint (enamel)
  • Black and 1 White Poster Board (to fit as the background in the frame)
  • 12 x 16 sheet of Oracal 651 gloss vinyl White for the Peacock
  • 2 - 12 x 12 sheets of Oracal l651 gloss vinyl Black for the side pictures
  • 4 - sheets of white card stock paper for the flowers
  • Any Rhinestones you prefer
  • E6000 glue for the flowers and rhinestones

Instructions

  1. Find the picture frame you would like remove the glass and paint it the color you prefer

  2. After painting the three frames place the black poster board on the cardboard insert from the back of the large frame

  3. Place the white poster board on the cardboard insert from the back of the 2 side frames

  4. Choose the Peacock and cut it on the white vinyl with the Circut machine

  5. Choose the side feathers and cut them on the Black vinyl with the Circut machine

  6. Remove the backing from the vinyl and stick the Peacock on the black poster board
