Necklace Refashion Video

Fashion a new necklace from an old necklace, a brooch and some pretty silk cording. This video craft tutorial from Terri O creates a stylish new accessory.

Refashion Necklace

Materials:

Old necklace
Broach
Silk cording and ribbon
2 needle nose pliers

Instructions:

Remove ends of necklace so you have a jump ring left on one end and two to three left on the other. Save the clasp for another project.
Through one jump ring run several strands of the silk through to the middle.
On the other end, attach the stick pin of the broach through the last jump ring and close pin.
With the remainder of the silk cord attach it through the top of the broach.
Tie around your neck.
