Spring Egg Ornament

Use pink crepe paper and pearls to create a clever spring bouquet, displayed on an egg ornament. This spring ornament makes a fun host(ess) or thank you gift.

Materials:

• 4019 - FolkArt ® Enamels™ - Fresh Foliage, 2 oz.
• FolkArt Enamels - Azure Blue (item #4037)
• 50mm clear glass egg ornament Sunshine #MS-DP-2614-27
• Script Liner
• Pink Crepe Paper
• 5-White Pearls
• White Satin Ribbon
• Hot Glue
• Scissors

Instructions:

1. Squirt Azure Blue inside the egg. Gently shake the egg until the inside is coated in paint. Let dry.
2. Fold the crepe paper in half and cut small flower shapes out. Put the end of the paintbrush handle into the center of the doubled flowers and wrap around to give some shape.
3. Hot glue the two flowers together and glue a pearl in the center.
4. Hot glue 3 of the flowers onto the egg in a bouquet shape. Using the script liner and Fresh Foliage paint the stems. Let dry
5. Glue the last two flowers onto the egg and finish painting the stems. Let dry. Glue the white bow to the ornament as shown.
