Gift Tag Magnets

These easy to make gift tags can be any occasion, they are 2 piece items. The front of the tag is a magnet for the recipients refrigerator/file cabinet, etc. and the inside is for the To & From gift tag. I love putting them on my frig. To remind me of the occasion/holiday/season, etc.

Materials:

• Peel & Stick Business Card Magnets (buy at office supply store)
• 2 - 2” x 2” graphic/picture (computer generated on card stock, old occasional card cut outs, family photos, magazine or hand drawn pictures on card stock).
• Single hole punch
• Scissors
• Fine felt tip pen, if you print to and from
• Paste if needed

Instructions:

Print, cut and paste from magazine or draw 2 -2” x 2” pictures for any occasion on card stock, Make one with room for To & From and one plain as a display picture (leave room at the top of the pictures, or adjust for hole punch). Remove tape from 1 -2” x 2” card magnet and carefully place the plain picture to fit edge to edge. Punch a hole in both the picture magnet and the To & From card at the top 1/8th inch from the edge. Trim any crooked edges and tie the gift tags to the package bow, Magnet on top and To & From underneath. Tell the recipient it is a little something to remember the occasion.
