Ruffled Fabric Flower Pin

Cotton fabric is transformed into a colorful brooch when you follow Chris's tutorial. This easy-to-stitch flower pin has a button center and a felt back to hide the raw edges. Make one for a quick accent or several to cluster on a hat or collar.

had to x out so many ads I couldn't fathom the instructions for how to make. Count me off this site.

I just tried to see the instructions for the fabric flower. I thought the flower was very nice, but I will be deleting this site from my file if I have to constantly x out the ads so I can see the instructions

besr tutorial I've seen for this flower

Love it....nicely done and easy to follow. Flowers are "in" and this is for all ages.

I used the basic pattern here but sewed the ends together to make a loop of fabric before sewing along the end. Makes an even easier flower but maybe not quite as pretty as the spiralled version here! Thanks for the inspiration! :o)

To save to your computer: Hilight and copy what you want,, paste it to a Word document, then save it as "flower" "Pin" or whatever, into a folder created by you called "My Flowers" or something meaningful to you. Save it to your desktop so you can find it. Then store it wherever you keep your crafts.

I have a program called CutiePDF writer. All I have to do is click on print and select cutie PDF writer, apply and then print and you can store in what ever folder you have for sewing stuff of make a new folder. It's very easy to install and it's free. I can store any thing off the internet.

"is there any way that i can copy into folder on computer instead of making a hard copy? i tried several different instructions and some would, and some would not copy to folder." I just highlight the pattern and instructions and then copy/paste to WORD. and save it as.........>what ever the name of the craft pattern is. Then I just drop it into my desktop folder of 'to do crafts' Hope this helps :) Sassy

I have a bushel of old tee's and 5 Grand Daughters that like flowers; this is perfect and so cute.

is there any way that i can copy into folder on computer instead of making a hard copy? i tried several different instructions and some would, and some would not copy to folder.
