DIY Gel Cold Compress

 

Materials:

  • Fabric
  • Plastic zip top baggie
  • Dishwashing liquid

Instructions:

  1. Use your baggie to determine the size of your fabric pouch.

  2. Sew a hem at one end:

  3. Fold, envelope-style, then sew the open ends:

  4. Fill your baggie 2/3 full with dish soap...then triple bag it! We don't want leaks!

  5. Slip your baggie full of soap into the sewn pouch and place in the freezer. Cross your fingers you don't need to use it any time soon!
