I prefer to knit on double pointed needles so there is no seam. Any hints on doing this pattern on DP needles?

I'm getting started on my Christmas stuff now & this is great for the guys! What does C2B (C,F, etc.) mean?

There is an abbreviation list near the top of the instructions, according to it, it means cable two back-hope this helps someone.

Thanks you.
