This heavy duty basket from Lily Sugar n' Cream is crocheted with two strands of yarn, making it durable and sturdy.  It also works up quickly so it's great to make on a rainy afternoon.  Use this crocheted basket pattern to organize items in your kitchen, bathroom or closet.  This would be a great way to keep your toiletries organized, or you can use it to store fruit just purchased from the farmer's market.  To crochet the veggies in this picture, see the Vegetable Cornucopia Crochet Pattern.
