Paint a Cute Teddy Bear

Learn how to paint a simple and cute teddy bear. Teddy bears are a great decoration to have in a child's room or to put on a greeting card. Teddy bears make kids smile.

Materials:

Brushes
Paints: terra cotta, coral, yellow orchard, black, white, green, burnt Umber
Transfer paper
Pencil
Tape
Unfinished wood box

Instructions:

Enlarge image and transfer it the surface of your choice. This is an unfinished wood box from a craft store.
Paint bear terra cotta. Paint beehive yellow ochre and coral for ears, bottom of feet and mouth. Paint bee yellow and wings white. Let dry.
Using burnt umber darken Teddy in some areas including the beehive.
Use burnt umber and a very fine brush to finish the lines across the bee and the beehive. Outline Bear creating its fur with black paint.
