This charming necklace from The Bead Studio is quick, easy and right in style. We love projects like this when you need a quick last minute gift.

Charmed Ring Finished Product

Materials:

  • 1 Large Soldered Ring
  • 1 Briolette
  • 1 1/2 foot Sterling Silver Chain
  • 2 Charms
  • 5 4mm Sterling Silver Beads
  • 2 Jumprings
  • 1 Headpin
  • 1 Clasp
  • 18" 24g Wire
  • Round Nose Plier
  • Chain Nose Plier
  • Wire Cutter

Steps:

  1. Cut 3" of chain, and add a charm to each end of the chain, thread through ring, cut the remaining chain in half and set aside.


     
  2. Thread a 4mm bead onto a headpin, make a loop and capture the two links of chain under the soldered ring to connect; close the loop to secure.


     
  3. With 6" and 24g wire wrap the briolette and slip in the soldered ring before closing. See this project for briolette wrapping instructions.


     
  4. Cut 4 3" pieces of 24g wire, and wrap to one to each end.


     
  5. Add a 4mm bead to each of the wires and wrap 2 to the Ring and the other 2 to the clasp.
