Movie Poster Pillow

Materials:

  • Tulip® 3D Fashion Paint
  • 2 cloth napkins, washed
  • Tulip® Photo Transfer Paper™
  • Fabric
  • Sewing machine or
  • Aleene's® Fabric Fusion® Peel and Stick Sheets™

Instructions:

  1. On half the napkin, draw lines of color with the 3D Paint.

  2. Fold in half.

  3. Run your finger over the paint to smash it down evenly.

  4. Open the napkin and let dry.

  5. Find the movie poster on Google images and *follow directions on transfer paper to print it out*. NOTE: this is a licensed image so you cannot sell it, it is for personal use only! Print it out on printable fabric paper, make sure to set it with heavy resolution.

  6. Iron image to white fabric according to package directions. I wanted my pillow double-sided so I used another vintage Mexican movie poster. Cut fabric to use as the background for the posters.

  7. Sew them in place.Sew up three sides of the pillow casing, and then stuff with Fiberfill, and sew the seam shut. You can substitute sewing with the Aleene's® Fabric Fusion® Peel and Stick Sheets™ if you want.

  8. Use Gold Glitter 3D Paint to add sparkly swirls all over.

  9. Here is the finished pillow!
