Halloween Candy Corn Necklace and Boo Earrings

Dress for Halloween with this fun candy corn necklace from Rings & Things, featuring "Boo" bead and matching "Boo" earrings. This homemade jewelry set is a great way to complete a Halloween outfit or create a gift for Halloween.


Candy Corn Necklace and Boo Earrings


Materials:

Earrings

  • #28-333-66 Lampwork glass "Boo" beads, assorted colors
  • #43-392-9 8-strand chain tassels, gunmetal
  • #34-323-9 French hook earwires, gunmetal
  • #05-301-06-24 CRYSTALLIZED™ 6mm crystal bicones, jet
  • #05-301-06-152 CRYSTALLIZED™ 6mm crystal bicones, crystal/metallic blue 2x
  • #05-301-06-156 CRYSTALLIZED™ 6mm crystal bicones, purple velvet
  • #23-234-021 4mm glass disk spacers, black
  • #37-421-9 7/8" standard head pins, gunmetal
  • #37-722-9 2" standard eye pins, gunmetal

Necklace

  • #28-333-64 Candy corn lampwork glass beads, yellow/orange/white
  • #28-333-66 Lampwork glass "Boo" bead, assorted colors
  • #28-684-116 Tiny ceramic ghost bead, white/black
  • #37-421-9 7/8" standard head pins, gunmetal
  • #37-722-9 2" standard eye pin, gunmetal
  • #23-226-011 6mm round glass beads, white
  • #23-226-191 6mm round glass bead, orange
  • #23-226-321 6mm round glass bead, yellow
  • #20-225-49 Size 8 Toho® Japanese glass seed beads, black
  • #40-099-07-9 4.5mm rollo chain, gunmetal
  • #52-090-20-9 20" unfinished-end magnetic cable choker, black/white plate

Tools and supplies

  • cutters
  • round-nose pliers
  • adhesive such as Epoxy 330 (#60-230)

Tips:

  • When shipped, the smaller piece of the choker’smagnet clasp is stored inside the larger piece, leaving one end unfinished. Remove smaller magnet end from larger end before gluing. To remove, insert the unfinished end into the hole of the smaller magnet. Bend the free end slightly, and while maintaining downward pressure, pull to remove the magnet. Apply glue to the unfinished end, then insert into smaller magnet end. Allow adhesive to dry thoroughly.
  • Assemble large-hole beads of your choice on choker cable and cut cable to length, if desired.

Cable Choker:
