Crayons- Use felt to create a simple tube with two straps, like a dress, with a matching pointed hat. Use velcro to affix the felt in a tube around the body. Black felt is used to spell out Crayola and for the squiggle pattern at the top and bottom of a crayon. Use a bit of cardboard on the inside of the hat to keep its shape. With fabric glue, this is a quick and easy project.

Bumblebee- Stitch together strips of black and yellow felt for a bumblebee costume. Wrap black pipe cleaners around a black headband and add black pom poms to the ends. A strip of elastic at the bottom of the shirt will made it gather and look better over black leggings or tights. I think this would be especially cute on a small child.

Bunch of Grapes- For a no-sew project, purple balloons tapped to a purple sweatshirt make an easy costume as a bunch of grapes. For the more ambitious, make a green felt hat for the stem.
