Plain Paper
Chipboard
Craft Stick
Paint
Ribbon

Instructions:

Die-cut Frame from plain paper backed with chipboard. Die-cut phrase and adhere inside Frame. Attach hand painted craft stick to Frame. Tie ribbon in bow around handle.
