Boo Card

Create an adorable Halloween greeting card or invitation featuring a costumed dog. Easily make this impressive Halloween card with stamps.

Halloween Boo Card


Materials:

  • Stamps: Stampotique Original: “Le Sorciere”, “Dogs Laugh” and Altered Alpha “B””O” “O”
  • Ink: Palette Hybrid Ink “Orangerie” , Memories “India Ink”, Memories Chalk “Creamy Coffee” by Stewart Superior
  • Twinkling H2O’s by LuminArte: “Egyptian Gold”, “Majestic Blue”, and “Chestnut Brown”
  • Cardstock: Cream, Light Orange and Light blue
     

Instructions:

  1. Cut cream cardstock to 8 ½” x 5 ½”. Score at 4 ¼” to make card base.
     
  2. Cut light blue cardstock to 3 ½” x 2 ¾”. Stamp “Le Sorciere” using India Ink. Color in image using Twinkling H2O’s. I used Egyptian Gold on Stars and Dog bones, Majestic blue on Dress and Hat and Chestnut Brown on Dog Body. Ink all edges of Cardstock with Palette Orangerie.
     
  3. Matt Stamped Image with orange cardstock. Ink all edges with Orangerie.
     
  4. On front of card base. Stamp random “Boo” using Palette Orangerie.
     
  5. Add matted stamped image to card front.
     
  6. Inside of card stamp “Dogs Laugh but they laugh with their tails” using Memories India Ink.
