You don't have to sacrifice style just for a good scare.  Use this simple Halloween card craft to create a spooky, yet chic, Halloween card.

Materials

  • Cardstock: Coredinations
  • Patterned Paper: Jenni Bowlin
  • Punch: EK Success scalloped edge
  • Ripping Edge Ruler: Fiskars
  • Photo turns: 7 Gypsies
  • Brads/thread: Lasting Impressions
  • Ribbon: unknown
  • Rubon: Scenic Route
  • Computer Font: chilly

Instructions:

I used two different kinds of Core’dinations Cardstock and a cuttlebug embossing folder to resemble a stained glass window effect and twisted black thread coming through to look like spider webs – very creepy, no? The ‘window’ together with the stylish black and white patterned paper finish off this creepy chic page. I placed the whole matt on blue cardstock as I didn’t want it to be the traditional Halloween colors!
