These Tin Frame Cut Outs from Terri O. are perfect for using up aluminum supplies that you have around the house.  Decorate frames, border light switch covers, or come up with your own creative way to add some texture to your project.  By using disposable cookie sheets, you can create this unique border around anything you'd like.  This is also a great project for an after school activity or girls scout troop.
