• DAO78 - Flesh Tone
• DA143 - True Ochre
• DA184 - French Vanilla
• DA255 - Bahama Blue
• DA276 - Razzle Berry --- NEW!!

Supplies

• Ribbon
• Chipboard shapes: rectangle and round
• Adhesives
• Permanent ink pen
• Chipboard tag

Steps:

1. Base rectangle shape Bahama Blue. Shade edges with Desert Turquoise. Spatter shape with Snow White.
    
2. Add stroller with Baby Pink. Shade edge and add lines with Razzle Berry. Hearts and dots are Razzle Berry and Snow White.
    
3. Lettering is based with Snow White.
    
4. Yellow dots and stars are French Vanilla. Shade larger stars with True Ochre. Finish by adding more Baby Pink, French Vanilla, and Snow White dots.
    
5. Round shape is based with Baby Pink. Shade edges with Razzle Berry.
    
6. Base face with Flesh Tone. Shade and dry brush cheeks with Razzle Berry. Add eyes and cheek highlights with dots of Snow White; add smaller dots of Lamp Black for pupils.
    
7. Background is filled with dots of Snow White, Razzle Berry, and Bahama Blue.
    
8. Add detail with permanent ink pens.
    
9. Tie and curl ribbons to finish tags.
