Use felt pieces to create an American flag garland of half-circle bunting, from The New Image Group. Hang this 4th of July craft bunting from window boxes, picnic tables and along fences.

Materials:
- Scissors
- Quick Dry Craft Glue
- Single Hole Punch
- 7 12" Strands of 1/8" Wide Grosgrain Ribbon (Red, White, or Blue)
- Pen/Pencil
- 39 x 12 Red Soft Felt Sheets
- 39 x 12 White Soft Felt Sheets
- 39 x 12 Royal Blue Soft Felt Sheets
- 1 Pack ofStick-It Felt Stars
- Pleated Flag Garland Template
Instructions:
- Using your pleated flag garland template cut out the following pieces from your felt:
Red Soft Felt:
2 Large Half Circles
Make sure to mark your hole punch locations
before removing the template piece.
2 Medium Half Circles
2 Small Half Circles
White Soft Felt:
2 Large Half Circles
Make sure to mark your hole punch locations
before removing the template piece.
2 Medium Half Circles
2 Small Half Circles
Royal Blue Soft Felt:
2 Large Half Circles
Make sure to mark your hole punch locations
before removing the template piece.

- Arrange each piece layered in varying styles of red, white, and blue half circles. You should have six in all.

- Glue each of your various layers in plac.
- Decorate your pleated flags with Stick-It Felt Stars.
- Using your single-hole punch, punch holes where you marked.
- Layout how you want your pleated flags to be strung together.
- On each of the ends, tie a piece of 12" ribbon into a bow so you can hang up later.
- String the remaining sections together, tying each piece together with a bow.
