- Wood Paint (Blue)
- Paint Brush
- 1 Rectangle Wood Frame
- 1 Pack of Stick-It Felt Glimmer Star Stickers

Instructions:
- Paint your picture frame blue
TIP: To help keep pieces secure while painting, use some tape to keep in place.
- Once paint has dried, layout where you would like to place your Stick-It Felt Glimmer Star Shapes on the Frame.
- Remove adhesive backing from Stars and affix into place onto frame.
- Add your favorite Picture!
