Patterned Paper
Stamp

Chipboard

Ribbon
Brads

Instructions:

Create a card using plain and patterned paper. Stamp background image onto card. Adhere patterned paper to chipboard. Die-cut shapes out of covered chipboard and adhere to the card. Embellish with ribbon and a brad.
