Instructions

Fold patterned paper and attach over top of bag. Wrap ribbon around and tie in a bow. Print sentiment on cardstock and crop using Scallop Circle. Trim photo to size and adhere to Scallop Circle. Attach Scallop Circle to bag using foam dots. Die-cut Palm Tree out of cardstock, layer, embellish with chalk and adhere to bag. Die-cut Crab out of cardstock, embellish with chalk and adhere to bag. Die-cut Seashell and Starfish out of cardstock, embellish with chalk and adhere to bag.
