This is such a neat project. I really want someone to have a house warming so I can make it for them. I don't have enough sentimental attachment to anywhere I've ever lived to invest the time. Although if you've moved a bit and have photos it would make a great sampler of sorts. Possibly a table runner, or larger wall hanging.
