Doll Bed Makeover

If your little girl loves her dolls, but you're not keen on high prices, personalize your own easy doll bed! Learn how to make a doll bed with Jamielyn Nye's Doll Bed Makeover!

Materials:

• Doll bed from Ikea or other wooden frame doll bed
• Spray paint (white or any color of your choice)
• Fabric of your choice for bed cover
• Tulle
• Staple gun

Instructions:

1. I started out with this Doll bed from Ikea. When I saw it, I thought it would be a cute prop for my daughter’s new born shoot and also fun for her to play with when she’s older.
   
   
    
2. It was a little plain for my taste, so of course I had to fancy it up a bit. The first thing I did was spray paint it white!
    
3. Then I sewed the pink bed cover to make it a little more girly.
   
   
    
4. It was still a little to plain for my taste, so I thought I would add a tulle ruffle bed skirt. I ruffled up the tulle and then stapled it to the bottom of the doll bed. Then you're done!
