• Spray paint
• M-D hobby shears
• Metal wire

Instructions:

1. Cut aluminum metal sheet to the size of candle cover you desire.
    
2. Spray paint metal sheet.
    
3. Take sheet and roll it using a cylinder. Once rolled, take your wire and thread it through the holes of the pattern to secure the two ends of the sheet together.
